Travel by private transport from your hotel to Suan Phung around 2.5 hours by road from Bangkok.

Bo Klueng Hot Spring an area of great natural beauty and you can take a dip in the pool-

Gao Jone Waterfalls there are 9 levels and it would take around 2.5 hrs of trekking to complete all.
Pong Yoop a geological fault- but only open weekends local charge
The Scenery Resort- to see a sheep farm, an opportunity to feed the sheep, and small shops for unusual souvenirs- local charge
Baan Hom Tien (The House of Scented Candles) Interesting shops with gifts and items that cannot be bought elsewhere.

With travel to and from Suan Phung, we should plan on being out for around 10 hours. An interesting day out to see part of Thailand where we Thai like to holiday or spend weekends, a place to play and chill.

If you are unfamiliar with Suan Phung- try a Google search and look at the images. It is a “different” part of Thailand- take a look and you will see what I mean – somewhere to play and relax. A little out of the normal overseas visitor’s place to visit. Who knows you may come back and Holiday here with us. I do hope so!
